Blinking Dota / Warcraft

PROBLEM: warcraft/DOTA blinking screen while playing. (only occurs on DOTA but not on crossfire, GTA San Andreas and other games)

SOLUTION:

1. Right-click the shortcut icon and click properties

2. add -opengl  at the end of target url
